What is an AI Action?

1 AI Action = running any single AI agent once. For example: generating a campaign = 5 actions, writing an email = 1 action, creating ad copy = 1 action.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 30 AI actions per month forever — no credit card required. You can upgrade anytime.

Do you store my store's customer data?

No. We access customer counts and segments in aggregate only. We never store individual customer PII beyond what is needed to send recovery emails.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of your billing period. No data is deleted — you can reactivate anytime within 90 days.

Can I use Zbon in Arabic?

Yes. Zbon is Arabic-first. The dashboard, AI outputs, and all content can be generated in Arabic with full RTL support.
