Zbon is an AI-powered Revenue Operating System for e-commerce stores. The platform provides AI-generated marketing content, revenue recovery, campaign automation, SEO recommendations, and business intelligence. Zbon is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. Zbon does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using Zbon, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@zbon.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same business without written permission.

Zbon offers the following subscription plans: — Free: Limited features, 30 AI requests/month — Zbon Pro: $39/month — 1 store, 200 requests, all agents — Zbon Elite: $99/month — 3 stores, 500 requests, advanced features — Zbon Agency: $249/month — unlimited stores, unlimited requests Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (with 20% discount). All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers who are unsatisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the first charge to support@zbon.net. No refunds are issued for partial months or after the 7-day window.

You agree not to use Zbon to: — Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content — Violate any applicable laws or regulations — Infringe on intellectual property rights of others — Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform — Resell or redistribute Zbon's services without written permission — Use the platform to harm, harass, or defraud others We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content generated by Zbon's AI is provided for your use in your business. You own the output generated for your store. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing or sending it. Zbon is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to campaign performance, customer responses, or platform policy violations.

By connecting your store (Shopify, Salla, Zid, or WooCommerce), you authorize Zbon to access your store data as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain solely responsible for compliance with your store platform's terms of service.

Zbon, its logo, platform design, AI systems, and all related technology are owned by LidoMax LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. You retain ownership of your store data, brand assets, and business information. By using Zbon, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

ZBON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LIDOMAX LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIDOMAX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF ZBON SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Zbon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
